Organic SourdoughWe recently start using premium organic wheat flour, mixed with different specialty organic flour to make our sourdough bread. More different variety will be developed in the future.

Pan BreadsThe pan bread is conveniently shaped for making toasts.
All our pan breads are made without eggs. We have also developed our own sourdough pan breads that's leavened with only levain. |
Soft BreadsOur soft buns are based on the enriched Viennoiserie dough and Japanese soft bun dough before being handwrapped with generous amounts of high quality fillings.
We even went on to make several of our fillings from scratch! |
