Galette Basque
A French cake that originated from the region of Basque, the Galette Basque is filled with intoxicating creme frangipane (almond custard paste) and rum notes encased in a buttery crust. This is an unforgettably rich dessert that will delight your tastebuds.
Paris Brest
To commemorate the Paris-Brest-Paris bicycle race in 1891, the pastry was created with the circular shape representing a wheel. Made with choux pastry and filled with piped hazelnut praline, this makes for a deliciously creamy and nutty tea option.
