Organic sourdough

We recently start using premium organic wheat flour, mixed with different specialty organic flour to make our sourdough bread. More different variety will be developed in the future.
All our organic sourdough have:
  • No preservatives/stabilisers
  • No bread improvers
  • No additional sugars
  • No flavourings/enhancers
  • No acids/sour powder
  • No corn meal
  • No eggs
  • No added oils or fats or shortening
  • No dairy
